was founded in 1960 by Marvin A. Cooper,
Esq., to provide assistance to members
of the community who unfortunately sustained
personal injuries as the result of occurrences
through the negligence and/or fault of
another. In order to best serve the public,
it has always been the practice and procedure
to work solely on a contingency fee -
no fee charged unless and until the client
recovers money - so that every person
can obtain representation, regardless
of their financial status or ability to
pay.
